Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead application service delivery/support and implementation for Wealth Management client-facing systems.
  • •Assist and drive Change/Incident/Problem Management and project releases using ITIL and project methodologies.
  • •Manage and coordinate onsite and offshore partners to support applications and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Analyze root cause, raise/handle support tickets, and assist in resolution of production issues; provide on-call support for high/critical incidents.
  • •Provide technical leadership and in-depth consulting, including planning, bug-fix prioritization, risk assessment, compliance support, and performance management/career development for team members.

Key Requirements

  • •8-12+ years of experience in application development and/or application support using modern frameworks and architecture.
  • •Prior experience supporting business applications built on Java and database technologies.
  • •Hands-on or working knowledge of technologies including Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful interfaces, Git, Gradle, Maven, and Oracle PL/SQL.
