Key Responsibilities

  • •Own paid static creative for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions, and always-on activity.
  • •Concept, cut, and version performance video into complete cross-format sets (including 9:16 sound-on and static-adjacent variants).
  • •Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video and imagery, selecting the fastest path to strong ad creative when appropriate.
  • •Build culturally timely, internet-native creative ideas from briefs; pitch creative pillars and incorporate feedback without losing the original concept.
  • •Version and localize assets at scale across markets, languages, and regulatory requirements while iterating based on test readouts and results.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years producing performance creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech/crypto/gaming or other regulated categories.
  • •A portfolio demonstrating paid static work with objectives/results, plus full video cuts and at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with tooling notes.
  • •Strong layout, hierarchy, type, and composition skills that hold up at thumbnail size and across multiple languages.
  • •Platform-native instincts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, including sound-designed video from concept to finished cut.
  • •GenAI video/image tooling skills and experience translating creative test results into decisions (e.g., thumb-stop rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
