Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and execute outbound shipment work schedules.
  • •Plan and manage transportation operations using Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • •Monitor carriers (Private Fleet, Dedicated Fleet, and Common Carriers) to ensure safe, efficient, on-time delivery.
  • •Troubleshoot, investigate, resolve, and/or escalate transportation issues; maintain required reports.
  • •Confirm pickups electronically or by phone and track and trace shipments to ensure optimal service while coordinating with fulfillment and customers/suppliers as needed.
