Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor live shipments and workflows to surface autonomy performance and failures.
  • •Identify when and where autonomy breaks and determine appropriate intervention points.
  • •Assign and adjust autonomy levels when humans intervene, without replacing Wilson.
  • •Stepping in to manage Wilson when required and ensure proper recording of outcomes.
  • •Classify failures and exceptions with precision and enforce supported vs unsupported workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in logistics operations (shipper, distributor, or freight brokerage).
  • •Strong systems thinking and ability to analyze workflows and edge cases.
  • •Clear written communication and ability to produce actionable signals for Product/Engineering.
  • •Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward exposing, not masking, failures.
  • •Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve autonomy systems.
