Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the day-to-day operation of Autodesk's Oslo workplace to create a safe, welcoming, inclusive and efficient environment.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the local Workplace team, including Workplace Coordinators and Reception team members.
  • •Manage workplace vendors and contractors, including service performance and contracts, with Procurement, Legal, and Finance.
  • •Oversee workplace operating budgets and expenditure, supporting planning, forecasting, and financial oversight.
  • •Manage workplace systems and services (e.g., HVAC, utilities, lighting, security, fire-safety systems) and ensure compliance with applicable requirements and Autodesk standards.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of relevant experience in Workplace, Facilities, Office Operations, or related fields, with ownership of workplace services or facilities operations.
  • •Experience coordinating vendors, budgets, and workplace or facilities projects.
  • •Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating people in a collaborative, service-oriented team environment.
  • •Strong communication and relationship-building skills across employees, leaders, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
  • •Working knowledge of workplace health, safety, and facilities practices, including working with specialist partners when required.
