Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule and orchestrate customer, partner, university, and internal visit experiences at the SAP Experience Center.
  • •Own stakeholder communication from start to finish to align expectations and ensure smooth visits.
  • •Lead weekly coordination of the student team to create a supportive, high-performing environment behind the Experience Center scenes.
  • •Initiate and run projects that help shape future visitor planning and engagement.
  • •Participate in the SAP Internship Experience Program with training and learning opportunities.

  • •You are a student enrolled at a university/university of applied sciences and can work the internship for 6 months.
  • •You can be onsite in Walldorf during the internship.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
