Assist sellers on the marketplace by addressing inquiries, managing listings and orders, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth selling experience. Key Responsibilities

•Provide timely and comprehensive assistance to sellers via email, phone, and chat regarding account setup, product listing, order management, payments, and general inquiries.
•Educate sellers on platform policies, procedures, best practices, and guidelines for listings, pricing, and promotions to ensure compliance.
•Investigate and resolve seller concerns, complaints, and disputes to achieve a positive resolution for both seller and customer.
•Identify root causes of issues and suggest improvements to prevent recurrence and improve seller experience.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address regular tasks and improve processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business Administration or other relevant field.
•2+ years of experience in Seller Support, Customer Support, Operations or Seller Experience.
•Strong self-motivation, and capacity to “learn on the fly” new tasks, adjust and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
•Excellent and effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
•Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to SLA, quality & productivity.
