Associate Manager - Monetization

Support execution of monetization and marketing operations strategies and campaigns in the assigned country. Build promotion reports, collect customer retention and engagement data to improve lifetime value, and help create performance reporting and marketing ROI metrics. Translate value propositions for existing and new products into business practices, support customer acquisition and retention initiatives, and monitor KPIs against country strategy while coordinating cross-department efforts.
