Drive EXIM business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding revenue with existing accounts for rail and inland terminal logistics. Manage customer relationships and shipment follow-ups to increase cargo volumes while promoting multimodal services such as customs clearance and freight forwarding. Coordinate with shippers, CHAs, freight forwarders, transporters, operations, and shipping lines to ensure seamless import/export movement. Monitor market intelligence and maintain CRM, pipelines, and MIS reporting to hit sales targets.
