Credit Collection Officer

Join the Finance department to manage a client portfolio and drive credit collection activities alongside a dedicated team. Handle outbound calls and manage client requests via phone, e-mail, and ticketing (e.g., invoice copies, payment corrections, direct debit activation, and order release). Maintain up-to-date client master data while collaborating closely with accounting and key internal stakeholders. This role is based in Brussels (Auderghem) with the option to work remotely 2 days/week after integration.
