Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant service delivery.
•Drive process standardization and maintain global SOPs while identifying opportunities to simplify and automate HR operations.
•Optimize HR technology (Workday, Freshservice, and related systems) and leverage AI-powered capabilities to streamline workflows and improve employee self-service.
•Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
•Partner with Payroll and support compliance through audits and adherence to company policies and regional employment regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,600 - 215,400 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of HR Operations or Shared Services experience in a fast-paced global technology company.
•Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and HR case management systems (Freshservice or similar).
•Familiarity with AI-enabled HR tools and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
•Deep understanding of the Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle and HR operational best practices.
•Proven ability to drive process improvements and cross-functional projects using data and technology.
