Operate and master bagging equipment as part of the Decorah Operations team, ensuring product quality and timely shipments. Set up and run machines to full capability, create bag labels that meet customer specifications, maintain customer requirement data, and complete paperwork accurately. Prioritize work for efficiency, recognize quality and inventory needs, follow safety and housekeeping procedures, and assist with minor repairs and troubleshooting.
