Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess HR policies and processes, identify gaps/opportunities, and recommend improvements.
  • •Analyze, prepare, and maintain reporting for the leadership team.
  • •Assist in developing and delivering training for managers, supervisors, and employees on HR laws and policies.
  • •Stay current on HR-related legal developments and interpret changes to educate/training staff and recommend policy updates for compliance.
  • •Partner with HRIS, coordinate HR audit processes, review HR compliance contracts, and ensure implementation of new processes and policies.

Key Requirements
