Job Summary

Partner with the Distribution Center leadership team to shape the employee experience across 120 hourly associates and 10 exempt leaders. Drive associate engagement, leadership development, and a high-performance culture by supporting performance management, talent development, and policy interpretation. Own key HR processes including reporting, manager training on HR laws and policies, and ongoing compliance monitoring through HRIS, audits, and contract reviews for retention and inclusion.

•Assess HR policies and processes, identify gaps/opportunities, and recommend improvements.
•Analyze, prepare, and maintain reporting for the leadership team.
•Assist in developing and delivering training for managers, supervisors, and employees on HR laws and policies.
•Stay current on HR-related legal developments and interpret changes to educate/training staff and recommend policy updates for compliance.
•Partner with HRIS, coordinate HR audit processes, review HR compliance contracts, and ensure implementation of new processes and policies.

Key Requirements

•Analytical, detail-oriented judgment with strong project management and relationship-building skills.
