Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate team design discussions to ensure sound architecture and technical excellence.
  • •Own team delivery processes (SAFe/Scrum), planning, execution, and operational health while improving velocity, quality, and stability.
  • •Hire, onboard, and develop engineers through 1:1s, feedback, performance reviews, and individual development plans.
  • •Act as a communication hub between the team and stakeholders; align with Product Management and Design on roadmap, risks, and dependencies.
  • •Drive product and business impact by balancing feature work, technical debt, and innovation, including leveraging AI to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
  • •5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong technical foundation.
  • •Experience with Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices (SAFe/Scrum).
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • •Experience with performance management, coaching, and career development, including understanding AI-assisted development tools.
