Key Responsibilities

•Handle all assigned claims to a conclusion with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
•Interact with Carrier, Claimant, Health Care Providers, and Policyholders to gather information and communicate updates.
•Respond to inquiries from claimants, insured, or medical providers regarding claim status.
•Process and move claims through the workflow and archival systems to maintain organized records.
•Verify coverage in the claims system and ensure proper payment and compliance with regulations.

Key Requirements
