•Keep informed of new products and services; sales team leaders must continue to develop knowledge of the products and services being offered.
•Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team; assist in the search for the best candidates and participate in the interview process; orient new sales staff and focus on improving performance and sales of existing staff.
•Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team; set daily, weekly, or monthly goals and motivate the team to reach them.
•Prepare Sales Reports; responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports to management and reporting on team performance and objectives.
•Direct and mentor the sales team by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives.
