Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Salesforce Product Manager to align platform capabilities with business objectives and architect scalable solutions.
  • •Design and customize Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud Plus using best practices.
  • •Implement automations and analytics support, including dashboards and data recipes; configure and support CRMA needs.
  • •Develop integrations between Salesforce and external/internal applications and determine when Apex is required versus low-code/no-code.
  • •Support end users, migrate changes to production with smoke testing, and maintain technical documentation and code standards.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8 years total IT experience with at least 5+ years of Salesforce platform development experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related IT discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •Strong Salesforce customization/configuration experience, preferably with Sales Cloud and exposure to Government Cloud.
  • •Hands-on development with Salesforce tools including Apex, Triggers, scheduled/batch classes, Process Builder, Formulas, Flow, approvals, validation and assignment rules.
  • •Proven integration experience using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and SSO; knowledge of CRM analytics (CRMA).
