Job Summary

Lead clinical nursing teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across M42 facilities. Drive a culture of safety and accountability, recommend improvements that enhance clinical operations and outcomes, and support staff development through identifying learning needs. Oversee and promote workplace occupational health and safety (OHS) practices, including risk assessments, PPE selection, hazard control, safety investigations, and incident documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Communicate clearly to guide teams and support effective collaboration.
•Recommend and implement improvements that enhance clinical operations and patient outcomes.

•Contribute to developing and maintaining workplace safety programs and follow OHS procedures.
•Assist in safety investigations, hazard reporting, incident documentation, and participate in risk assessments, PPE selection, and hazard control measures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
•DOH license holder or eligibility letter.
•Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a mental health or psychiatric care setting.
•Minimum 3 years in a team lead role.
•Ability to follow established OHS procedures and promote safe work practices.
