Job Summary

Develop and deploy SCADA/industrial automation applications for the Industrial Automation & Robotics Product area, working with the Dev team to diagnose and troubleshoot Wonderware applications. Manage Wonderware solutions (Intouch platform, Alpana, Historian Insight), perform small evolutions and modifications, and conduct root cause analysis. Execute test cases in Dev/QA environments, support release engineering with change & release plans, and create application design documentation, training, and documentation updates while understanding security implications.

Key Responsibilities

•Work independently and/or with the Dev team to understand and resolve technical problems in SCADA/Wonderware solutions.
•Manage Wonderware solutions including Intouch platform, Alpana, and Historian Insight.
•Create complete applications based on provided IT specifications and perform small modifications on existing applications.
•Develop and improve design documentation, including training and documentation preparation.
•Execute test cases in Dev and QA environments and manage the release engineering process with change & release plans.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in operations with domain knowledge of Wonderware/Aveva platform (mainly Intouch, Wonderware IAS platform, Alpana, Historian Insight).
•Basic proficiency with AVEVA system platform and AVEVA Application Server.
•Experience with plant modeling, automation objects, I/O communication, alarms, history, security, redundancy, and scripting.
•Experience with AVEVA Operations Management Interface or Intouch for System Platform.
•Knowledge of graphics/animations, alarm visualizations, trending, scripting, security, and web clients.
