Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards and enforce safety rules to minimize accidents and injuries.
  • •Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors, including educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
  • •Handle site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol and support HSE initiatives, including incident reporting and resolution aligned with company and IMS policies.
  • •Maintain accurate records of construction employee attendance and evaluate employee performance, instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
  • •Analyze blueprints and engineering documentation to ensure projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years of relevant experience in construction/engineering roles.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of construction principles, structural engineering concepts, building codes, and construction materials.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints, with familiarity with construction software and tools.
  • •Proficiency in project management practices including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required.
