Job Summary

Own end-to-end, customer-facing deployments of agentic AI solutions, from identifying needs through deployment and measurable value realization. Define an AI strategy and roadmap using Salesforce’s agentic AI platform and Data Cloud, run design workshops, and coordinate delivery timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication. Drive adoption and expansion metrics while partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate business challenges into scalable solutions that go live quickly.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead full lifecycle customer engagement (Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume), owning outcomes beyond discovery or deal closure.
•Define customer agentic AI strategy and roadmap; run design workshops and architect solutions across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform and Data Cloud.
•Oversee deployment timelines end-to-end with stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
•Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers early and develop value realization strategies.
•Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers and synthesize field insights into actionable product feedback for the AI platform roadmap.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership/programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
•Degree in Computer Science or related field.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
•Understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
•Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex; plus experience leading AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices.
