Job Summary

Define and drive the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap, aligning business goals with technology solutions through architecture standards, principles, and reference architectures. Lead EA maturity assessments, target-state architectures, and transformation roadmaps across enterprise, business, solution, and technology domains. Own EA tooling and governance (including the Architecture Review Board), translate strategy into OKR-driven investment priorities, and champion AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, safety, and decision quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and continuously improve ENEC’s enterprise architecture framework, operating model, standards, and governance practices.
•Lead EA maturity assessments and implement improvement roadmaps aligned with organizational needs and industry best practices.
•Create enterprise, business, solution, and technology architectures, and define target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps.
•Own and manage enterprise architecture tools, repositories, models, and architecture knowledge assets, ensuring data integrity and lifecycle management.
•Lead the Enterprise Architecture Review Board (ARB) and related governance processes, ensuring initiatives align to approved standards and target architectures.

Key Requirements

•TOGAF Certification (Mandatory).
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.
•Minimum 5 years in an enterprise-wide architecture role with experience building operating models, capability maps, target-state architectures, and transformation roadmaps.
•Experience managing Architecture Review Boards and architecture governance, including familiarity with Enterprise Architecture tools such as Orbus Infinity, ARIS, and LeanIX.
