Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programs for Life Sciences clients, owning governance, delivery quality, and client satisfaction across multiple engagements. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and portfolio financials (revenue, margin, forecasting, utilization) while ensuring practical, scalable, and compliant execution. Oversee large cross-functional onshore/offshore teams, review solution designs, mitigate risks/escalations, and support account growth with follow-on opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee multiple SAP programs/portfolios for Life Sciences clients across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
•Own delivery governance including executive steering committees, program reviews, escalation management, and issue resolution.
•Manage portfolio financials: revenue forecasting, budget tracking, margin performance, utilization, and change requests.
•Provide leadership for large transformation programs involving SAP ERP / S/4HANA and related business processes.
•Review solution designs and delivery plans, assess program health, and proactively address delivery risks, resourcing gaps, timelines, and dependencies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
•15+ years of SAP/IT experience managing and delivering SAP projects; 10+ years in SAP program/delivery management.
•Proven experience managing multiple concurrent SAP programs or a program portfolio.
•Strong financial ownership of delivery, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and commercial accountability.
•Demonstrated Life Sciences experience and strong understanding of GxP requirements for validation and compliance.
