Key Responsibilities

  • •Function as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical and operational configuration needs.
  • •Serve as the single point of customer accountability for Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers.
  • •Help customers achieve business goals on Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud by coordinating Signature Success services, providing proactive feature guidance, and advising on new releases.
  • •Lead triage and resolution of high-severity cases and conduct quarterly reviews with tailored release recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Technical Customer Success, Customer Success Management, SaaS platform use, project leadership, technology consulting, or solutions architecture.
  • •Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to influence executives and C-level stakeholders.
  • •Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms, mapping requirements to technical features.
  • •Coordinate work and support for high-volume and key customer events, including critical peak periods.
  • •Advanced English skills; degree or equivalent experience required.
