Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform internal product security-focused audits against selected projects to demonstrate SSDLC compliance.
  • •Communicate and partner with software development staff to ensure remediation activities are completed on time and plan next steps.
  • •Provide product security coaching and security tool expertise to software and firmware development teams.
  • •Work with development teams to ensure products and services are secure by design and by default.
  • •Develop and track metrics to ensure audit, compliance, and process mandates are followed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering, electrical engineering, cyber security, or another appropriate field.
  • •Software development experience.
  • •Experience with one or more software development languages and working within software development teams.
  • •Strong working knowledge of software development best practices and secure-by-design principles.
  • •Understanding of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and Agile software development practices.
