Job Summary

Provide timely, efficient processing of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling assigned monies. Cross-train to support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities, participate in retail leadership routines, and follow internal controls, risk management, and compliance policies.

•Complete and help with complex and standardized client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
•Educate clients on digital self-service options, including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process by participating in outbound client outreach and referring or fulfilling client needs and offers.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for client needs.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
