Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop hourly associates to regularly achieve production targets for repairs in the Inspection Center.
  • •Ensure safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths and weaknesses, and implement steps to improve performance.
  • •Train associates on Quality Control standards to complete effective first-time repairs, minimizing re-checks and delays.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Experience using computers and demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of Carvana’s reconditioning process.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and meet physical demands including extended standing and working in varied conditions.
  • •Ability to coach and delegate tasks effectively, communicate professionally, and work overtime and variable schedules.
