Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monthly/quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes with stakeholders to develop accurate financial plans.
  • •Conduct performance analysis across actuals, forecasts, budgets, and benchmarks to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Support month-end close accuracy and integrity, including partnering with project financials teams on revenue recognition and reviewing GL costs.
  • •Run profitability analyses at practice and account levels, including SG&A insights, utilization/client hours review, and profitability driver identification.
  • •Improve FP&A processes and models, support strategic finance initiatives (e.g., profitability models, cost-rate studies), and partner on SAP implementation from a business/finance perspective.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; an MBA/CPA is preferred.
  • •7+ years of related finance, accounting, or FP&A experience; professional services experience is a plus.
  • •Deep finance and accounting knowledge, including demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SAP; Power BI and Anaplan are a plus.
  • •Strong analytical skills and communication skills to simplify complex issues and build trusted relationships with stakeholders and leadership.
