Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with all regulatory, security, and bank policies and procedures for the teller area.
  • •Provide training, motivation, and coaching to teller staff to achieve superior customer service and assigned monthly referral goals.
  • •Monitor staffing needs through scheduling for proper teller coverage.
  • •Complete monthly and annual performance reviews using teller performance records and implement/monitor the quarterly Teller Bonus Program.
  • •Maintain cash/currency requirements, order sufficient cash, conduct audits and security tests, and support teller-window duties as needed.

Salary: USD 20.5 - 26.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school (or equivalent) and two or more years of teller or banking experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Must work onsite during branch hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm; Saturday, 8:30am–1pm).
  • •Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
  • •Demonstrates excellent customer service and strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • •Strong attention to detail, accuracy in balancing/reconciliation, and ability to effectively supervise and make decisions.
