Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical vision by translating complex business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps leveraging resource and asset management, scheduling, and mobile technologies.
•Lead end-to-end solution proof through targeted demos and architecting final solutions for Field Service & Operations value.
•Conduct technical design sessions, designing and documenting domain-specific workflows and aligned workflows/architectures.
•Provide actionable technical recommendations and insights to clients focused on driving usage at scale in production.
•Manage technical due diligence and risk assessment processes for complex mobile and scheduling deployments.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture focused on field service, asset management, or mobile workforce solutions
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
•Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including scheduling optimization, mobile capabilities, and asset management configuration
•Proven ability to architect and present end-to-end solution designs for complex, enterprise-scale deployments
•Experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps
