Perform site operations at the Blunt location, including loading and unloading agricultural inputs from trucks and railcars, preparing vehicles for loading, and monitoring all load-out functions. Key Responsibilities

•Under general supervision, carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently, including loading/unloading and weighing product.
•Control and monitor all load-out functions and understand/operate automated scale/dump systems.
•Conduct and properly record daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, including inspecting equipment for seeps and leaks.
•Maintain and monitor quality of inventory (blended, bulk, or packaged product) and deliver inputs to customer sites.
•Keep work areas clean, safe, and orderly, including housekeeping, spill cleanup, grounds maintenance (snow removal), and reporting safety concerns or maintenance needs.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in operations and/or business operations.
•Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled at the location and comply with company policy and government regulations.
•Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and attaching/detaching flexible hoses.
•Operate and monitor load-out functions, including automated scale/dump systems and required maintenance record keeping.
