Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary operational contact for masthead, department heads, and journalists, resolving operational roadblocks independently.
  • •Coordinate in-office events and offsite/on-the-ground coverage setups, including catering, seating, live coverage logistics, and equipment deployment.
  • •Oversee complex equipment setups for assigned desks and coverage teams to ensure journalists have fully functioning tools.
  • •Partner with Finance and manage budgets and reporting, including monthly closes and additional financial reports.
  • •Manage operational systems and processes including Workday time banks, onboarding/equipment access, expense approvals, and freelancer/vendor payment workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 100,000 annually
