Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow, maintain and support existing customers with assigned COS; build relationships with key personnel at oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
  • •Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure patients remain on the prescribed protocol.
  • •Educate medical professionals on tools and resources that Natera provides to facilitate test order management.
  • •Utilize and maintain internal reports of KPIs related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume; partner with internal stakeholders to achieve best outcomes for patients and providers.
  • •Become experts on all Natera Oncology products and processes to maximize effectiveness in the field.
