Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate daily loading dock operations and shipment schedules, serving as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • •Receive, inspect, and process shipments from carriers and vendors; verify shipment contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documentation.
  • •Coordinate dock appointments and manage carrier arrivals and departures, prioritizing deliveries based on operational needs.
  • •Process laboratory consumables, chemicals, production materials, and equipment, ensuring proper handling of temperature-sensitive, hazardous, and regulated materials.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy by performing inventory transactions in SAP/Oracle (or equivalent), conducting cycle counts and inventory audits, and supporting inventory reporting and metrics while following safety and GMP procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving, loading dock operations, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain support.
