Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise directement l’équipe technique (mécaniciens, techniciens électricité, opérateurs) et piloter le calendrier de maintenance en garantissant sa mise en œuvre sécuritaire.
  • •Assurer la gestion quotidienne des aspects Santé, Sécurité et Qualité (HSE/qualité), respecter les réglementations et atteindre les objectifs, mettre en œuvre des actions correctives et préventives, réaliser des tours et audits, et participer aux investigations pour améliorer la fiabilité.
  • •Mettre en œuvre la maintenance préventive et le calendrier hebdomadaire.
  • •Résoudre les problèmes opérationnels pour accélérer les résolutions en priorisant selon les besoins de l’usine.
  • •Diriger, développer et mobiliser les équipes pour atteindre les objectifs financiers du département et améliorer la performance des équipements.
