•Architect, lead and manage client engagements, building relationships and guiding delivery throughout the engagement lifecycle.
•Coordinate inputs from regional leadership, Directors, and technical experts to flag key delivery choices, risks, and commercial constraints.
•Independently tailor analytical frameworks for client needs and collaborate to create new methodologies.
•Oversee delivery teams across multiple workstreams, applying solution frameworks and leveraging AI tools for assessments and research.
•Coach and mentor junior staff while also contributing to business development through proposal responses and pitch material.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 170,000 annually
