Develop market analyses and strategic recommendations to drive growth for Mercado Livre's fintech business. Collaborate with commercial, product, and executive teams to shape strategy, monitor KPIs (market, churn, share of wallet), and translate data into actionable plans for major clients across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze market, competitor, segments and trends, focusing on opportunities for growth, churn prevention and recovery
•Develop analyses and recommendations to guide commercial strategies and product positioning
•Support commercial with strategic data for engaging major clients, structuring and maintaining routines for portfolio monitoring (TPV, churn, share of wallet, product adoption)
•Identify movements of competitors and potential threats to the business
•Develop and monitor KPIs related to market performance, share of wallet and churn

Key Requirements

•SQL/BigQuery for ad-hoc analyses and large-volume transactional data
•Advanced Google Sheets and Google Slides for executive deliverables
•Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT…), Looker and Tableau
•Ability to work with multiple stakeholders: directors, hunting, farming, pricing, product and technology
•Structured thinking: separate facts, hypotheses, and interpretation
