Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the monthly close process and ensure compliance with the monthly close calendar.
  • •Participate in month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • •Prepare accruals, perform prepaid analysis, and conduct bank reconciliations.
  • •Support U.S. GAAP financial statement preparation and help with external financial audits and due diligence requests.
  • •Collaborate across teams to provide financial insights and strengthen internal controls, policies, systems, and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance (completed or in progress) or equivalent working experience.
  • •Experience supporting public and private accounting, including direct experience for a U.S./Europe-based international company (1+ years total) strongly desired.
  • •Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting processes, controls, and systems.
  • •Experience establishing and optimizing reporting processes for accurate, timely reporting.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and NetSuite ERP experience is a plus.
