Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and ensure the proper execution of multi-technical service contracts (sprinklage, SSI, compressed air, HVAC, elevators, kitchen equipment).
  • •Prepare specifications, issue tenders, consult contractors and negotiate contracts per purchasing procedures.
  • •Manage contract life cycle, ensure schedules and contractor intervention rules, safety compliance and quality audits of services.
  • •Perform occasional building maintenance (electricity, cleaning, exterior works) and support security controls with the HSE team.
  • •Lead transversal projects within the scope of multi-technical interventions and supervise contractor performance.
