Key Responsibilities

  • •Support lab testing requirements for fluid formulation, raw materials, and finished goods testing.
  • •Setup new machines through installation, validation, and qualification phases; may participate in a knowledge-transfer program in other countries.
  • •Perform certification and execute troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and calibration across equipment and instruments; maintain on-going lab maintenance activities.
  • •Conduct analytical testing and characterization work, including troubleshooting root causes of reliability issues and recommending corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Set up, conduct, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair print-test related tools, software, procedures, and scripts; troubleshoot and communicate to the worldwide team for issue resolution and GR&R-standardized operating procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent).
  • •At least 4–6 years of experience in testing processes in a high mix, high volume manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong analytical problem-solving with statistical methods and process control capability.
  • •Experience with analytical equipment such as ion chromatography, ICP-OES, particle sizer, tensiometer, rheometers, viscometer, UV absorbance, and titrators.
  • •Ability to travel for extended periods and be willing to work shift and overtime if required; programming test scripts/coding is an added advantage.
