We are seeking an AI-forward Learning Experience Designer / Content Developer to create threat-informed training experiences. You will own end-to-end content, turn complex security concepts into engaging, interactive modules with scenarios, gamification, and AI-enhanced learning, and collaborate with product, security, and creative teams to drive behavior change.

Key Responsibilities

•Own learning content end-to-end, from needs analysis and objectives to writing, development, revision, and delivery.
•Create engaging written modules, interactive scenarios, branching activities, knowledge checks, simulations, and multimedia learning assets.
•Build learning experiences in Articulate Storyline and other content development tools.
•Use gamification, learner choice, storytelling, and scenario-based design to make training more active and memorable.
•Collaborate with subject matter experts, product, security, and creative teams to turn complex ideas into clear learning experiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or eLearning content development.
•Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline; experience with Rise or the broader Articulate 360 suite is a plus.
•Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning objectives, and outcome-driven design.
•Experience creating scenario-based, interactive, and gamified learning experiences.
•Ability to write clear, engaging instructional content that supports behavior change.
