Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or facilitate Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis to prevent product defects and mitigate risk.
  • •Conduct product/process/area audits and assessments for compliance to standards and product requirements.
  • •Lead First Article Inspection and complete First Article Inspection Reports.
  • •Develop product acceptance techniques and plans and create product quality control plans.
  • •Support factory and product process improvements and manage nonconformance/purge processing for material, product, and equipment alerts to prevent reliability impacts.

Key Requirements
