Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the architecture and hands-on development of Mozilla’s Salesforce platform across multiple enterprise product lines, reviewing designs and custom code.
  • •Define scalable Salesforce data models, account/opportunity structures, sales processes, role hierarchies, record types, and sharing rules.
  • •Build and maintain Salesforce platform capabilities and lead-to-cash workflows, including quoting, contracting, orders, delivery, entitlements, renewals, and finance integrations.
  • •Design and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and systems like NetSuite and BigQuery, including REST/SOAP-based and event-driven patterns.
  • •Establish and evolve governance and operational practices (environment strategy, source control, automated testing, deployment pipelines, release/rollback controls), and resolve complex production issues.

Key Requirements

  • •At least eight years in Salesforce engineering, administration, or architecture.
  • •Experience leading or playing a major technical role implementing and operating complex Salesforce environments.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Salesforce declarative capabilities, including Flow, validation rules, approval processes, record types, permission models, and sharing rules.
  • •Hands-on ability to read, write, test, and review Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
