•Provide strategic leadership for AI-enabled HR transformation initiatives and governance of AI solutioning across HR processes.
•Direct the design, development, and integration of HR technologies (including Workday enhancements), AI models, and automation tools.
•Oversee process optimization and automation to maximize efficiency, cost savings, and employee experience.
•Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders across HR, IT, Legal, and the business, communicating progress and impact of transformation efforts.
•Coordinate and deliver complex AI-driven HR initiatives, aligning with the PMO and managing cross-functional projects as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 183,500 - 240,870 annually
