Lead daily operations for your department’s production lines by reporting to Production Supervisors, performing inspections and audits, and ensuring associates and equipment follow departmental SOPs. Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency while improving line efficiencies, monitoring continuous product flow, and communicating downtime and equipment issues to supervisors and the Control Room. Train and enforce SOPs, track and verify production goals for the shift, and complete end-of-day paperwork.
