Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a large complement of mechanical staff and provide mentorship, direction, and motivation.
  • •Coordinate and deliver design and drawing reviews to ensure accurate implementation and BIM coordination.
  • •Interface with clients, manage schedules, and anticipate delays to keep projects on track.
  • •Support digital transformation and integration with other disciplines to ensure fully coordinated deliverables.
  • •Participate in business development and client relationship activities, including bids and technical proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Technically lead projects, supporting Project Managers and technical teams to deliver within scope, budget, timeframe, and high-quality standards.
  • •Conduct Design and Drawing reviews to ensure accurate implementation of the scheme design into Detail Design and from Detail Design to Drawings.
  • •Manage, co-ordinate and resource mechanical teams.
  • •Working knowledge of BIM tools (Autodesk Revit) and design programs such as Carrier HAP, FHC Canute, PyroSim, Pathfinder.
  • •Interface with clients on schedules, meetings, and issues; anticipate delays and plan alternatives.
