Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare detailed engineering drawings, plans, profiles, and construction documents for municipal infrastructure projects.
  • •Perform hydraulic, stormwater management, grading, and earthwork calculations to support design and delivery.
  • •Assist with engineering reports, technical memoranda, and permit applications for municipal and regulatory approvals.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, clients, contractors, and senior engineers from concept through construction.
  • •Conduct field reviews and site inspections, document observations and deficiencies, and witness quality assurance testing activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Eligible for registration or currently registered as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with the applicable provincial engineering association.
  • •Experience with or strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Knowledge of municipal engineering design principles including grading, stormwater management, water distribution, and sanitary systems.
  • •Valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle for travel to active project sites as required.
