Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor information security systems, controls, and processes, and review alerts and logs to document observations and escalate suspected threats or control failures.
  • •Track vulnerabilities, security findings, and remediation actions, and maintain accurate security records and operational documentation.
  • •Support information security risk assessments and audit coordination, including evidence gathering, meeting arrangement, findings recording, and corrective action follow-up.
  • •Assist with cybersecurity incident logging, triage, investigation, containment, and documentation, and support post-incident reviews and lessons learned.
  • •Support ISMS documentation and compliance by maintaining controlled security documents and assisting with security awareness activities and training.
  • •Assist with compliance across the department for regulatory requirements and quality, health, safety, security, and environmental procedures and controls as required.
  • •Prepare timely and accurate departmental reports.
  • •Other relevant tasks of the job purpose when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • •0–2 years of relevant experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT security, risk, compliance, or audit.
  • •Relevant internships, cooperative training, graduate projects, or national service experience may be considered.
  • •Ability to support information security monitoring by reviewing security alerts and logs and documenting observations.
  • •Ability to assist in incident handling, including logging, triage, investigation support, and maintaining appropriate confidentiality.
