Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and sustain senior relationships across civilian agencies, aligning solutions to measurable outcomes.
  • •Own a defined set of civilian agencies and components; set account strategy and manage a stakeholder map across legal, acquisition, IT, and security.
  • •Identify and shape opportunities before solicitation, selecting contract vehicles across GSA Multiple Award Schedule, GWACs, agency BPAs and IDIQs, and small business pathways.
  • •Manage teaming with system integrators, resellers, and prime contractors when it accelerates the path to award.
  • •Take ownership of ARR targets through new capture, securing enterprise-level awards, fulfilling option years, and expanding across components.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 700,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years selling technology into Federal Civilian agencies, with a proven record of independently sourcing and closing new Federal Civilian business within the last 1–2 years.
  • •Demonstrated hunter mentality, owning complex civilian sales cycles end-to-end from prospecting and capture through negotiation and award.
  • •Deep working knowledge of federal acquisition, including FAR, GSA schedules and GWACs, and small business pathways.
  • •Established relationships across civilian agencies such as DOJ, DHS, HHS, VA, Treasury, State, DOE, and GSA.
  • •Must currently reside in the Washington, D.C. metro area and be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher clearance.
