Lead engineering finance for the NA/EMEA Pro Electrified Design Center within the Global Engineering and Technology Finance team. Evaluate new program financial potential using modeling, support engineering planning rhythms, and manage deliverables for operating plans, forecasts, and strategic planning. Serve as a finance liaison across partner groups and develop improved financial processes to increase Engineering ROI transparency, efficiency, and decision-quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate the financial potential of new programs (NPD, Productivity, GSC initiatives) using financial models to drive prioritization.
•Support engineering rhythms with analysis and insights for the NA/EMEA Pro Electrified Design Center to keep projects on time, on quality, and on budget.
•Manage key financial rhythm deliverables including annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, monthly business reviews, 3-year strategic plan, and executive meetings.
•Act as a finance liaison for the design center with Tools & Outdoor FP&A, Brand Finance, and GSC Finance, and partner on ad-hoc requests and special projects.
•Develop new financial processes to improve transparency around Engineering ROI and provide project-level insights for SG&A and CAPEX investments.
